Help desk tickets are reviewed by staff during business hours Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.

  • protest/hearing procedures and policies
  • appraisals/property values
  • exemptions
  • property data
  • property ownership

We are unable to resolve these types of issues through our helpdesk. Tickets submitted reguarding these types of issues will be closed and you will be asked to contact of our office by phone.
